Important Shipping & Service Reminders

To ensure the best results and fastest turnaround for your garments, please keep the following in mind:

• Service Timelines: Standard leather cleaning typically takes 2 weeks from our recipt. Repairs, alterations, and wedding gown preservation require additional time (3–4 weeks for repairs; 8–10 weeks for gowns).
• One Invoice Per Item: Please include a separate invoice or intake form for each individual item sent.
• No Stickers: Never use adhesive stickers to mark stains or damages on leather or suede, as they can permanently damage the surface.
• Secure Invoices: Place your invoice inside a pocket or pin it directly to the lining. Do not leave it loose in the shipping box.
• Accessory Requirements: All footwear, handbags, and accessories require a signed Customer Release prior to service.
• Check Pockets: Please ensure all pockets are empty of personal items before shipping.
